For International travel, a valid passport is required that is valid for at least 6 months After your return to the U.S. plus possibly visas for the countries you are visiting. A Traveler Information Form and Traveler Acknowledgement form will need to be completed.

To make sure we are a good fit to work together, we start with a phone call. This could last 30 minutes to 90 minutes depending on the depth of you travel plans. If you would like to continue to work with me, there are fees for my services and will be included in the Traveler Acknowledgement Form you will receive after our call.

This is when I take all the information discussed in our call and from your passenger information form and curate you Journey. This may take several days depending on the length and depth of your travels. I put together your lights, transportation, accommodations and touring options in quote for you to review.

Once you have agreed on the journey, it is time for your deposit to reserve your travels. Once reserved, we can start looking at any dinner, spa, tee times, etc. to add on.

As we countdown to your departure, I will follow up with any flight changes that may come about, follow up that travel documentation has been acquired, and any out standing payments. Then it is time to take that much anticipated journey!
